Introduction:
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between any user of the FlobeiyToys website (hereinafter referred to as a User, Buyer, Purchaser or You).
These general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior, express and written derogation. Flo may from time to time modify some of the provisions of its general terms and conditions, so it is necessary that these be reread before each visit to the FlobeiyToys site (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
These modifications are enforceable from the date they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously.
Each purchase on the Site is governed by the terms and conditions applicable at the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale after having read them.
Article 1 - Prices :
The prices shown in the catalog include all taxes in euros, in accordance with the VAT applicable at the time of ordering. Any customs duties or local taxes for international transactions will be charged to the recipient. All orders are payable in Euros.
Article 2 - "Pre-order" categories
Pre-order items require confirmation of availability before placing an order. Shipping time is approximately 7 to 14 days.
Article 3 - Acceptance
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by Flo constitutes proof of all transactions between Flo and its customers.
Article 4 - Product availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked in our warehouse, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In the event of product unavailability after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded within 10 days if your bank account has been debited, or we will send you a figurine collected by one of our partners that is identical to the one you purchased.
Article 5 - Delivery and reception
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form in metropolitan France, the European Union and abroad.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges, with or without insurance.
We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Particular care is taken in packing the parcel. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the condition of the packaging and its contents on delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. If the Buyer has any doubts about the condition or contents of the package, he/she must inform the delivery person.In addition, in the event of damage in transit, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier

In order to guarantee you the best possible service, we would be grateful if you could provide us with an address to which your order can be delivered during working hours. You must provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address (with Digicode, entry code...). In the event of an error on your part or an incomplete address, the cost of a second shipment will be charged to you, and you will be responsible for any consequences (loss of parcel, re-billing of shipment costs to the correct delivery address, etc.). In the event of partial availability of items, Flo will wait until all products ordered are in stock before making delivery.
The Buyer will be delivered according to the criteria chosen when validating the order.If a change of address has not been communicated to us, the customer must pay a new delivery charge.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave Flo's premises.However, we invite you to contact us so that we can support your claim with the post office, also declaring the damage as the sender.
Article 6 - Delivery times
Packages are dispatched from our premises within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for all orders of products available in stock. This delivery time is given as an indication only.
Any delay shall not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date initially set, the Purchaser must notify Flo in writing (letter or e-mail) to enable us to carry out an investigation with the chosen carrier.
An investigation may take up to 21 working days. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to the home of the Buyer or the recipient designated in the order form.
Article 7 - Payment
You can pay for your purchases :
By credit card: Master Card, Visa and other Cartes Bleues. Or by payment on the PAYPAL website.
Article 8 - SECURITY AND FIGHT AGAINST BANK FRAUD

We have adopted Stripe's SSL encryption process, but we have also strengthened all our scrambling and encryption procedures to protect all sensitive payment data as effectively as possible.
FlobeiyToys is therefore taking action against fraud in collaboration with Stripe, to protect its customers from any fraudulent use of their credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: Penalties equal to the legal interest rate plus five points are automatically applicable to amounts unpaid at the end of a period of ten days following the invoice date, or upon notification of rejection of bank payment for any other means of payment.Delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment of a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions herein. Flo, in collaboration with Stripe, checks all orders that have been validated on its website. These checks are intended to protect Flo from abusive practices by fraudsters.
In the case of an order with a delivery address different from the billing address, our services may need to contact the two persons mentioned: the person attached to the billing address and the person indicated for the delivery address.
As part of these procedures, our services may ask you to provide all the documents required to unblock your order: proof of address, photocopy of an identity card, letter stating that the customer is the owner of the bank card. These requests are made by e-mail.
Information relating to your order is subject to automated data processing, for which Stripe is responsible. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a transaction analysis level and to combat credit card fraud. Stripe and the merchant from whom you make your purchase are the recipients of the data relating to your order. The non-transmission of data relating to your order prevents the completion and analysis of your transaction.
The occurrence of an unpaid order due to fraudulent use of a bank card will result in the registration of the details relating to your order associated with this unpaid order in a payment incident file set up by Stripe. An irregular declaration or anomaly may also be subject to specific processing.
Article 9: Limitation of liability
In the online sales process, FlobeiyToys is bound only by an obligation of means; it may not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption or other involuntary problems.
FlobeiyToys may not be held liable for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The same applies to any product modifications resulting from manufacturers.
Article 10 - Right of withdrawal
Don't want to keep your order? The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt to return, at his own expense, the products ordered, for exchange or reimbursement.
Products must be returned to FlobeiyToys in perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed and unpacked.
Similarly, if the product includes a warranty sheet or any other document to be completed, this must not be filled in for the buyer to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged or unsealed (opened) will not be reimbursed or exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns are to be made to FlobeiyToys, returns department in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...) duly sealed and unpacked.
!!! ATTENTION !!! The parcel must not be dropped off at a relay point. It must be entrusted to a
carrier or La Poste. If possible, please use the original shipping carton. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event of withdrawal or cancellation, FlobeiyToys is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, less shipping costs.
Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the products and in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months.
No cash-on-delivery shipment will be accepted for any reason whatsoever. No refunds will be made for payment by gift voucher.
Any order placed with a non-refundable credit note cannot be reimbursed. A new credit note will be issued.

As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes is permitted, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any total or partial reproduction of the FlobeiyToys.com website is strictly prohibited.
Article 13 - Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. FlobeiyToys shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the products you intend to order.
Photos are provided for illustrative purposes only. We invite you to refer to the description of each product for precise characteristics, and in case of doubt or if you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
FlobeiyToys cannot be held liable in the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale.
In the event of hypertext links pointing to other sites from FlobeiyToys.com, the latter will not be responsible for the content of the information provided on these sites after activation of these links.
In the case of professional purchases, FlobeiyToys shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or expenses.
FlobeiyToys is subject to the principle of extended producer responsibility concerning the packaging of packages sent to its customers.
Article 14 - Combating credit card fraud

Article 15 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE (SAV)
All product returns must be approved in advance by FlobeiyToys. Contact after-sales service via Flobeiy.pro@gmail.comto obtain a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
The Company is not responsible for the condition of the product upon receipt. In the event of a problem with the product itself (breakage, manufacturing defect), you have 30 days to contact support. Defective products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and accompanied by the invoice.
Article 16: Data protection
Purchasers' personal information is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. The data collected is intended solely for FlobeiyToys and will not be communicated to third parties without authorization. Buyers have the right to access and rectify their data.
